Q: Is this for beginners?
A: Absolutely. All movement, mindfulness and workshops are beginner-friendly, gentle and inclusive. You just need an openness to slow down, tune in and care for yourself on a deeper level.
Q: What do I bring?
A: Bring a Yoga mat, water bottle, journal, comfy, cozy layers to stay warm and comfortable. And bring an open heart and willingness to receive all that's on offer on the day.
Q: What if I can’t stay the whole day?
A: We recommend you commit fully to the experience, but reach out—we’ll do our best to support youand we’ll do our best to support you in receiving the most from your time with us. .
