Every thought you think strengthens a neural pathway. If you repeatedly focus on limiting beliefs like “I am not good enough” your brain reinforces that pattern as your default response. However, when you intentionally shift toward empowering thoughts, like reframing this thought to “I am constantly learning and growing, and current challenges are an opportunity to develop new skills and become even better. If this is repeated each time you create new neural pathways that foster confidence, resilience, and growth.
